Hello,

This kind of a gross one . . . be forewarned.

I have found that without fail, whenever I eat some gluten, my bowels become
dark and hard (and constipated).  Now I know the classic symptom is not this,
but symptoms can vary.  There is another symptom that is a bit more
worrisome.  It happened for a second time this week.  It seems when I eat
pasta or pasta like dish (pierogi), the pasta comes out undigested.  In other
words, noodles come out as noodles and chunks of pierogis come out as chunks
of pierogis.

Has anyone had this problem?  Is it a sign of Celiac's or something else?

I tell you what -- by now, I don't need no doctor cutting my intestine to
tell me I've got problems with wheat.  I think that I will get my blood tests
and that will be that.  I really don't  want to go longer eating gluten.

My knowledge of this problem has leapt by leaps and bounds.  I will summarize
soon.
