Hi, all,
I have the opportunity to apply for an experience in China, traveling with a
group. It's a wonderful trip for educators and the price is fantastic.
However, the itinerary is fixed and most meals are included.
What is holding me back from applying is the meal part. My husband has many
Chinese colleagues who are doctors and can translate my dietary needs, so that
is not a problem. I am concerned about offending my hosts/guides, and not
being able to find safe foods.
Has anyone done anything like this? How flexible have you found the
availability of GF choices?
Thanks for your help!
Linda
