Does anyone know of a good doctor in the Seattle/Everett area that is
knowledgable about Celiac?

I called the local association and they gave me a couple of names, but they
are gastro people who will only accept referrals. Since we don't have a GP
who believes in Celiac, this presents something of a chicken/egg problem!
