Be aware though that in all Ethiopian restaurants where I asked the tef  
they provide is mixed with wheat. This is not a scientific study.  It could  
be that the four restaurants where I made inquiries are not  typical.   But I 
doubt it.  It's a good idea to ask someone who  speaks English well.
