Hello, a naturopath friend just forwarded me the brochure for Glutenzyme 
by pharmax, LLC.  I didn't find anything in the archives about it and 
wondered if any one has opinions/knowledge of its use.  It does not 
recommend that people with CD use it and go for the gluten, but use it 
as "insurance" against potential accidental situations...such as traveling?
