Hi All!!
This is my first time writing. I just experienced my first breadmaker. My
aunt is letting me use hers to experiment so that I can see if I like it and
if i will sink money into one.

I used a Black and Decker All in One Machine for 1 1/2 pound loaves and used
their recipes for GF bread. It turned out horrid. I have a few questions.
1-I bought El Peto Yeast. Is this the wrong kind or should i have used
something else. 2 - I don't mind making it by hand, does any one have a good
bread recipe. Someone not too long ago posted a recipe and said it was the
softest bread that she had ever eaten. I will post recipes for all to see.
I have this machine till Thursday A.M. (Feb.13) Please respond.

Thanks All, Kim Bakker, Busy Mom and wife of Celiac Husband
