Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce made in the U.S. is indeed gluten-free.
But the Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce made in England (and exported to
Canada) contains malt vinegar -- which, unlike other vinegars, is NOT gluten
free.

For a discussion of vinegars and their largely GF status see the article by
Ann Whelan in the current issue of Gluten-Free Living. Malt vinegar is an
exception.
