Thanks everyone for replying to my questions on when I will feel better. Once I go through all of the responses I received, I will summarize for anyone who might benefit. Depression is a strange thing. As soon as I get my evening cry out of the way, I am able to think again. I go for several tests on Wed. to see if I am also having thyroid problems. An MRI and CAT scan for the back since my feet are numb and the doctor wants to make sure it isn't my spine again. Ultrasound for my sinuses and throat. Also another blood test to check the IGA or something and all my blood levels of nutrients.

The last test had me low in calcium and B12, cholesterol very low. Lucky thing is that my blood sugar seems normal so I don't have diabetes. I tried injections for B12. Has anyone ever hurt all over from them? It hurt to move or sit. I tried the injections twice to be sure and yes they created the pain all over feeling. Now I am trying sublingual B12 and I ache about half as bad the next morning. I am going to try a couple of things that were suggested from my first post: Veratrum 30c, Probiotics complex, L-Glutamine, but I want to get the test results first.

I have been to my first support group meeting here in the Tampa area. It was great to hear about my options. I don't understand why I am very overweight and most of the women were having trouble putting on weight. The few that didn't have that trouble had allergies to the food not intolerance.

Several people asked how I was diagnosed. My brother was diagnosed at the age of two when I was born. We were both very sick and my mother put us both on a gluten free diet until about the age of 8. Then I was told I outgrew celiac disease and could have milk and wheat again. I am 43 now. I have had extreme severe constipation for as long as I can remember. When my blood tests came back in October last year with so many deficiencies, I asked the doctor to test me for the antibody for gluten and it was positive. I had another blood test in November for a different marker, I am not sure what, and that was positive too. I am learning to read lab reports.

Sorry for such a long post. I had many questions asked in the responses I received and am trying to answer them.

Sherrell
