I am very happy for you!
Did you ever try a probiotica , with regards to the salads?

I have been eating anything containing no grain-/milk proteins for one month,
and tried some wheat today. I did not note anything in my stomach (yet), but
after half an hour or so I had reactions in my nose, eyes, and restlessness

in the body and mind. It all calmed down after couple of hours or a bit more.

I have a history of various diffuse allergies (nasal, bronchies, sinusites and
"undecided deramatitis").

My doctor don't seem to know anything about leaky gut. Can anyone tell
me how an intestinal permeability test is performed?
