I'll be taking a week long Caribbean cruise on the
Norwegian Sun where they have "Freestyle Dining".

That means I can eat at any of the 10 restaurants on
the ship anytime I want to.

Has anyone done this with Norwegian before?  If so,
how did you handle the gluten problem?
