This donation is to celebrate the new web site that will be up in a day or two on The Gourmet Food Mall. These camps give celiac children an opportunity to hang out with peers who eat the same way they do.  For the time at camp the kids get to eat what ever they want and don't have to analyze everything.  Here they get to be just like all the other kids out there.  

The new web site will offer many recipes, baking tips, ingredient information and more.  For the moment donations will be made from orders placed on the old site.
