Yesterday, Mayo online published an article on CD.  Note the difference in
prevalance stats quoted - 1 in 500 in the US vs the 1 in 10,000 quoted in a
recent newspaper article posted here.  Joe Murray is interviewed for the
article, which is, I assume, why they got their facts straight.
