Their candies are all gf and (although it is not on the label) the red
and white candy canes are kosher under the Star-K which was reverified
today.

Although it seems a little early a friend just found their candy canes
at BJ's. We have used them crushed over ice cream and have used the
small candy canes to make a traditional Baltimore treat that involves
inserting a mint candy stick into a fresh lemon and sucking the juice
out through the candy.

Bob's website is http://www.bobscandies.com
the information about gluten etc is on the FAQ page and is the first
question they answer.
Another question on the FAQ is how long the candies will keep (check
yourself but basically it is 2-3 years in a cool, dry location).
