Hi,

A couple months ago I posted that I was frequently getting diarrhea after lunch.
After looking hard at my eating habits, I noticed that I was getting sick on
days that I ate strawberries. I never would have considered this except that
some people on the list said they have reactions to surprising foods. One
member I have written to said this is common and due to the seeds. I was a big
strawberry fan and will miss them.

I feel a lot better, but occassionally still get sick and suspect there may be a
couple other foods too. Now I'm wondering about peanuts. The last 2 times I
ate peanuts in the evening, I had diahhrea in the morning.

I would appreciate any comments on both strawberries and peanuts as well as
other foods that maybe I should be trying to pinpoint as culprits. I feel
comfortable that it's not lactose, I can have a big glass of milk and feel
great. I know soy is common, but I haven't tried to pinpoint if I have a
problem with it or not.

Thanks for all the support that has lead me to figure this out.
