Hi,

Thanks for all the wonderful info. This list
has been the best, I have learned so much
in the process of making my husband well
and happy!

Just wanted to share a cookbook I have
been introduced to, by a chef that we met
while at DisneyWorld.

The title is "The Allergy Cookbook" by
Ruth R. Shattuck, A Signet Book. It is a
paperback that I had to order, I think it is
great. It has receipes for cooking without
Gluten, Wheat, Corn, Milk or Eggs

My husband has really enjoyed some of
these receipes.
