Hi,
  I have a 10 year old daughter who is autistic and has severe reactions to gluten.  She is currently on a gluten-free diet at home; however, I am very interested in finding out whether there are any restaurants that are strictly gluten free here in Texas, especially San Antonio where we live.
   
  We do have a PFChang and have tried one of their meals.  So  far, she has done well with it.  
   
  Are there any such restaurants here? Anywhere??
   
  I would appreciate any information.
