All, here's the latest:

I wrote a follow-up letter to Jane Allen (below) with a compilation of
feedback and experiences with United Airlines and their lack of g-f meals,
that about 20 of you had sent me. I had gotten a phone call in response to
my first letter from Jane Allen's office, telling me that UA stopped
serving g-f because not enough people had been ordering them and they meals
were being thrown out...

I'll let you know if/when I get another response, but at least she, and
everyone else below, who I cc'd, has 10 pages of "constructive criticism"
to mull over.

If anyone wants to put their two cents worth in, then a letter to Jane
Allen might be helpful. No one else got back to me from the original
letter, which I had sent to all of those below.
