In the process of sharing my findings about Texas Roadhouse which I will
summarize soon, I had a mail from another Celiac friend and she sent me
information on Carraba's Italian Grills. They are found all over the East
Coast, the Mid West and Southwest.

They also have a GF menu. She said the food is excellent.

link for the gluten free menu.

It is wonderful the way so many chains are recognizing and imolementing
menus for people with our intolerance.
