We've been lucky to find a couple of very good restaurants in Tucson, AZ
that were quite happy to fix something free from gluten. They are:

Guadalajara - a really fun restaurant on Prince
Olive Garden Greek Restaurant on Tanque Verde with really excellent lamb

Vic-Sunnyvale, Ca
