A friend happened upon the following Web site while searching for a banana
bread recipe. There are several recipes on the site and a lot of information
that may be more applicable to those in Ireland and Great Britain. Still, it
looks interesting. Their page on wheat-free flours gives a flour blend that
includes barley, and some recipes call for oat flour, so be aware that it's
wheat free rather then entirely gluten free, and that you may need to adapt
some recipes or substitute GF flour mixes for those proposed on the site.
