We were prescribed Amox-Clav (generic for Augmentin) for sinus infection by
one dr (Internist), having submitted gf list doublechecked on
www.glutenfreedrugs.com. Then the other dr (endocrinologist) prescribed Levofloxacin and said
from her medical list neither Amoxicillin nor Augmentin were gf, and
Levofloxacin was a good choice for those with intestinal problems. We don't know if
those "intestinal problems" refer to upset stomach as a byproduct of taking
antibiotic in general, or if it refers to CD. All drs have of course left for the
holiday..

Thanks for any help asap. Bev, outside Chicago
