Hello,
Wow, what a response. I guess I am not alone in my sugar cravings. Thanks to
all who suggested possible reasons for this. I had a few people suggest I was
lacking a vitamin. Others just let me know they were experiencing the same
problem. The 2 things that I am going to look into are candida and L-
Glutamine. Candida is a yeast problem in the digestive system. It can cause
headaches and sugar cravings. From what I understand it thrives on sugar. It
was suggested that drinking paud'arco tea once a day will keep the yeasties
away. :-) It is a herb that can be bought at the health food store. The other
thing that several people suggested was L-Glutamine. This is an amino acid
that the body needs. It can also be purchased at the health food store. I wish
I could explain more, but I do not know much about either of these two things
yet. I am definately going to look into them though. It would be nice to eat
dessert only because it has been offered, not because I feel like I have to
have it!:-) Hopefully this will help some of you who are having this same
problem. Thanks alot everybody. This list has been so-oo helpful.
