I bought some of the Chebe bread mix, but haven't made it yet.  I noticed
that it calls for SMALL eggs.   I only use large eggs in baking.  Has anyone
tried this mix using 1 large egg or maybe one large egg plus one egg white?
I'd hate to make a mistake and waste the mix.
