Hello List,

I know traditionally barley, rye and oats are lumped in with wheat as
causing villi damage to CDers. However, does anyone know of any research
done on the whether wheat gluten alone might cause problems but not barley
or rye for some celiacs. I get a quick adverse reaction with wheat but don't
seem to get the same (or a noticable reaction from barley, both accidentally
ingested of course). Any input will be welcomed.
