Hi everyone

In light of the recent articles in the Chicago Tribune
on undeclared allergens and gluten I would like to
recognize some of the many specialty manufacturers of
gluten-free foods who are very diligent in making sure
their products are indeed gluten free. If you are a
manufacturer of gluten-free foods and would like to go
on record concerning the steps you take to ensure your
food is gluten free and contains less than
twenty parts per million gluten please contact me.
I will be writing about this topic and highlighting
gluten-free manufacturers in an upcoming
Living Gluten-Free blog for diet.com.

Thank you

Tricia
