  my name is Manuela. I am a member of the german celiac society an also am concerned myself. I had the plan to go as an aupair to the USA. Then i got the diagnosis and with the diagnosis the whole getting a little bit complicated. In the meantime i´m searching for family with an affected child and  On their part they maybe looking for an aupair like me. I think I´m a good help for them, because I have knowledge about the diet and the care. My question to you is: Do you have any informations for me how could i find an affected family? I would be glad about helpful Infos and hope to hear from.
