Hi, I received many responses about my question on the nondairy toppings.
Cool whip by Kraft came up the most and most tell me that almost all their
varieties are gf.  If they are not, Kraft is into allergens and would list the
ingredient specifically as wheat.  Food starch would not be a gluten containing
product unless listed that way.  Hy-Vee is also gf but I don't live in an area
where I have ever seen it.
