I just ran across some quinoa pasta at Whole Foods, and it is excellent. We have been using Tinkyada pasta which is also very good, but the quinoa linguine was about as good as regular pasta. It also cooks easily. Ingredients are simply quinoa and corn flour. It is distributed by
