Just to let everyone in the Easton/Bethlehem region of PA and across the border in NJ know that Manny B's on Freemansburg Avenue (off Rt 33) now has GF Pizza available.  We tried it last night and it was really good.  The owner also said that she will make french fries in a dedicated fryer if you give her a half hour to get a clean one filled and the oil hot.

I have no finanacial interest in this restaurant - just a very happy customer.
