Thank you to everyone who responded. I apologize for the delay in

Let’s get this one out of the way first. A LOT of people responded to my
mentioning that our Doctor felt that Oats was acceptable. General consensus
was that due to the high likely-hood of cross contamination that oats was
not acceptable – even McCann’s. Obviously, this rules out PowerBars as well
as Clif Bars (even though they say they are Wheat Free they still contain
Gluten!!!! ARRRGGGHHHH!!!)
