Hello,

I just wanted to post some info. About 10 people emailed me informin me that
duodenitis was a precursor to Celiac or came along with it. I also did a
search on this list's archive. Dr. Murry posted something on duodenitis and
CD. Basically, that duodenitis could be caused by CD. If heli. bacteria is
ruled out, then CD should definitely be tested by biopsy or blood tests.

There seems to be some evidence that duodenitis is a precursor. So it is
possible that tests will come back negative now, but later when things are
worse, they will be positive.

Also, some have said that it should be possible to get tested in Poland.
Though I'm not sure if I want to do gluten again for that long -- knowing
Polish beaucracy, it could be a while. Meanwhile, I know i will feel like
crap.
