Can't help but jump in here!

We have a real dilemma here! If one
person contacts a company to ascertain
the gluten status of a product, others
can benefit (but things change and we
may not trust an outdated response).

However, if we each individually, we can
be perceived as being "pests" to
customer service. Then companies make
blanket policies to not disclose their
gluten status.

There are organizations/individuals who
post gf status of products/drugs.

Perhaps it is time to support ONE of the
groups and have a master list of the
product, the manufacturer, and the date
last contacted.

Everytime something is posted to the
list as possibly containing gluten, I
would suspect a goodly number of people
bombard that company with the same
question!

How about ONE list? Anyone for it?
