Every time that someone posts a request to leave the List, it is
repeated several times. This is unnecessary junk mail to our members.
This weekend, I was able to catch five before they went to the List.

In the welcome message sent to each new subscriber are directions on
how to make changes to your subscription. In addition a copy is
available at our WWW site for reference.

Subscription changes can also be made at our WWW site under the page
titled: Listserve(R) Commands for Subscribers. The new address is below
in my signature block.
