All the recent traffic about Outback has prompted me to write with a quick
question: I love the brownie a la mode dessert (Choc. Thunder from Down
Under), I believe the GF menu when it says it's gluten free, but I can't
figure out why. Why would Outback go out of its way to use a GF brownie?
No, it's not to make us Celiacs happy. I suppose it must be cheaper for
them somehow, but I don't see how.
