With the holidays coming I find that I'm missing shortbread.  Does anyone
have a recipe?  It seems to me that I remember reading several years ago
that some Scots originally made shortbread with rice flour--but I can't find
that clipping anywhere.  Thanks--and Happy Holidays!  Jane Smith
