Do Coffee Filters contain Gluten?  They are used everywhere.  They look like
paper but must contain some kind of fabric because they don't tear when wet.
Seems to me that they would have to use some kind of seizing agent to make them
stiff and hold their shape.  Do they use wheat flour, corn starch or some other
substance.  I'm thinking that this might be a source of some gluten.  Does
anyone know.
