Janet, Thank you for the article, I received it yesterday. The conclusion of
the article from biomed & Pharmacother 200 drew these conclusions:
The histologic findings in CD are very specific and only a few differential
diagnoses have to kept in mind.  In particular, tropical sprue, autoimmune
enteropathy, hypogammaglobulinemic spure AND food protein sensitivities
(cow's milk, eggs, fish, rice, chicken) MAY show the same signs as CD in the
intestines.
