I contacted Tony Roma's today to verify that the gf status of their menu
items hadn't changed in the 5 months since I last checked.

1st Tony Roma's response: "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, the
information you requested is not available. However, this is a project
that is being researched for future distribution. Guest Relations"

I sent them an email in reply telling them how many celiacs go to their
restaurant; I asked them to verify that they could in fact not provide
more explicit information on the gf status of their menu items. I
included the gf list I had gotten in July.

2nd Tony Roma's response: "That list has been altered slightly - potato
skins are deep fried in the same vats where the onion rings are fried
which means they could come in contact with flour. Ribs and chicken may
contain slight amounts of product that contains gluten if those products
have been marinated. Barbecue sauces, beans, salad dressings and Cole
slaw dressing remain the same. We do not wish to provide incorrect
information and presently that list is being researched. Guest
Relations"

You may want to hold off eating at Tony Roma's until they have finished
their analysis of their menu items.
