I might mention also, that Farro is another form or name for spelt. I just
had a lady who makes custom take-home Italian food tell me that Farro would
be OK for me. Had to go home and look it up. No, it ain't OK, unless
you  got a new beautiful bathroom that you'd like to spend a lot of time in
