This ended up being a little more complicated than I expected. It turns
out that there is more than one kind of Chicken Taquito. After one
response mentioned Deluxe Taquitos not being GF (not what I bought), I
e-mailed Gina Panzarini at Delimex. Following is her reply:

Cherie, Good afternoon, to answer your question, we do have various more
than one Chicken taquito. The Sam's Club Grilled Chicken Soy Taquito is
NOT gluten free. The regular Chicken taquito is Gluten free. Sam's Club
is the only Warehouse club that requested the Chicken to be grilled, all
the other grocery stores carry the Gluten free. This would only change
if the Grocery stores want to carry the Grilled Chicken Taquitos.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate in contacting
me.

That was helpful, although my package says nothing about soy. My local
Sam's Club carries only Grilled Chicken Taquitos and Beef Taquitos. I went
back and checked the labels, and the beef lists nothing suspicious. The
fact that the Sam's Club products are different explains why people who buy
them elsewhere have not seen a label listing wheat as an ingredient.

Here is the original list from Delimex, from an earlier post: (Also from
Gina)

Items free of Wheat gluten
*Chicken Taquitos
*Beef Taquitos
*Beef & Soy Taquitos
*All Tamales
3-Cheese & Jalapeno Stuffed-Nachos
Pepperoni Pizza Taquitos

I hope this clears up some of the confusion.

Cherie
