I have a 5 month old baby and a long family history of celiac disease and gluten
intolerance.  I have read some research that introducing a baby to gluten
between 4-6 months actually helps the chances of him/her not being sensitive to
gluten later.  Has anyone had experience with this or further information?  And
in what form did you introduce gluten at first? - my baby is just beginning to
eat first foods...
Thanks!
