I got many nice notes of thanks for posting about this terrific place opening in
the Atlanta market this Fall. It seems a few people are coming down from TN
and over from NC to have their first restaurant gluten free pizza in many
years! Many listmates were sad that they don't have a Pizza Fusion near them
or even in their part of the country.

Only one listmate replied that they would be worried about cross
contamination from gluten pizzas, even though the gluten and gluten free
crusts never come into contact in the ovens, or anywhere else. But that's
understandable - some people can't even be in a room with wheat flour so
they should probably not be eating out anywhere, except a 100% gluten free
restaurant. We are far from having such a place in Atlanta so for now we have
to research, support and educate the places we want to be able to eat out at
or stay home. I chose to live a full and tasty life, even though I have Celiac.
Everyone has to make the best choice for themselves, as always.

Will post back once Pizza Fusion actually opens - Happy 4th of July!
