Just a quick note--

I am a graduate student at UW-Madison. My roommate (who has been incredibly
disrespectful of my gluten-free diet) is moving out in the end of July. I
will have an open bedroom in a very spacious apartment on the west side of
Madison (Southern Wisconsin). If anyone knows of a Celiac young adult or
college student (male or female!) looking for a friendly, neat, respectful
roommate
please let me know. I do have two affectionate cats, as well.

It would be neat to try having a Celiac roommate so that I could actually
cook with someone else!

Or, has anyone else had success in finding a Celiac roommate or a roommate
who is very respectful of the diet? I find that sometimes you don't know people
as well as you think until you live with them, even if they initially seem
like intelligent and respectful folks!

Many thanks,
Jessica in Madison, WI
