Hi all.  I have a question.  Has anyone tried to deep rice the rice
wrappers and come out with crispy egg rolls?

I made some yesterday but the rice wrappers were not crispy, they were
kind of tough.  I deep fried them in about an inch of olive oil.  Did I
not cook them long enough or is this typical of rice wraps?
