hello.

i am in need of sure-fire bread (esp. white) recipes for a bread machine
(citizen). they never rise. why? well, actually some do rise a wee bit but
are so hard and heavy as to be virtually inedible. i've tried book recipes,
net recipes, friend's recipes but to no success. would someone out there
please be able to give me a clue as to what i'm doing wrong?
