This may be of interest to you.  My wife and I will be taking a cruise from
Vancouver to Anchorage a week from now, sailing on the Sun Princess.  I
contacted Princess, and was told unequivocally that Princess would not
authorize a gluten free diet.  This is despite all of their advertising
that special diets are accomodated.

Looks as though I'll be on green leaves and whey powder for a week.

The moral of the story, avoid Princess.
