I just discovered a fairly new bar available in many places up here in
Canada. I haven`t tried it yet for the sole reason that the package
doesn't mention that they are gluten free although after looking at
the ingredients, I was fairly confident the bar was. So I went home
without buying it and I looked up their website
http://www.fuelbars.com and it clearly states that the bar is gluten
free.

You can buy the bars online and shipping is 5$ for a box (CAD or US)
and they ship to both Canada and US.

FUEL BARS are 'Action Snacks' made with only the finest all-natural, certified
kosher real food ingredients. FUEL BARS contain no preservatives, trans fats,
gluten or dairy products and ingredients are sourced locally whenever
possible. Due to consumer demand for organic products, FUEL BARS are
now available exclusively in the Organic format.
