Hello all,

I'm sorry to send such a personal request via the list, but I need information
on gluten-free nutritional supplements that I can purchase online.  I am
living
in Europe, and am not able to access supplements I can be sure are gluten
free.  I have a US military address, so shipping is no problem if I order from
a US Company.

I am seeking suggestions for companies that make the following supplements,
along with websites (preferrably) or addresses where I can purchase them:

--Easily absorbable Calcium/Magnesium combo, with Zinc, if possible

--Vitamin C, in 500 or 1000 mg capsules, easy to absorb, not derived from
oranges.

--High quality multivitamin (preferrably with trace minerals) that is easy to
absorb (not too many binders or a thick coating on the outside).

I know its a tall order, but in the brief time I have been on the listserv, I
have realized that many of you are veritable encyclopedias, which has been
invaluable to myself as a newcomer.  Thanks so much in advance for any
suggestions.
