Hi...

I am a newly diagnosed Celiac. I was confirmed with both the small bowel
biopsy as well as very high blood test levels. I have had synptoms for
over three years.

I have gone on the diet and have been VERY good about what I eat. I have
not noticed any difference so they did another small bowel biopsy and
there has been No improvement. My villi are FLAT. They now want me to
start on Prednisone. I would like to hear for others who have refractory
sprue and what they have done!  Thanks!  Cindy
