The information in my last post regarding Orville Redenbacher's popcorn
came from a Very nice booklet on Food Sensitivities from Hunt-Wesson, Inc.
It is a 29 page booklet listing all of their products. It states whether
they contain gluten, corn, soybean, lactose, or MSG. It is also specific
as to products containing HVP, distilled vinegar, citric acid (from corn)
and caramel color (also from corn). I find their booklet very helpful.
Of course I still read all labels in case there is a change in the
ingredients.

The Booklet can be had by writing:

Hunt-Wesson, Inc.
P.O. Box 4800
Fullerton, California 92634-4800

They do not have an 800- number that I am aware of, but I am sure if you
call long distance information you can get a hold of them.

I hope this is helpful.

Cindy
